EATS was founded by Francesco Lagana, an Assistive Technology Specialist with professional training, real-world experience, and a passion for helping people succeed. Currently, services are provided directly by Francesco, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and expert guidance. He is certified as a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Section 508 Trusted Tester and is JAWS 2025 Certified. He is also actively pursuing additional credentials, to strengthen our mission and continually enhance the quality of services we provide.
While EATS is led by a single specialist today, our vision is to grow into a team of dedicated professionals who share the same commitment to accessibility. As we expand, clients can expect the same high standard of service, supported by additional specialists who bring their own areas of expertise.
